You shouldn't have to guess what happens after you ask for an introduction. Live Awesome LLC operates TRT in Texas for Texas education and optional clinic introductions. We collect as little as we need to review a request you send us.

What we collect

If you use the evaluation form, we store your name, a contact method (email or phone), the city you select, and what you wrote about your interest. The server writes that record so an operator for Live Awesome LLC can review it. This form does not send email.

The site also receives ordinary web logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) from the host. We do not sell mailing lists. We do not run advertising pixels on v1 of this site.

How we use it

Evaluation records are used to decide whether to introduce you to one licensed in-person clinic in a Texas city we cover, or to decline the request. If we make an introduction, the clinic will receive the information needed to contact you. After that, the clinic’s privacy practices apply to care you seek there.

Who sees it

Operators acting for Live Awesome LLC may include automated systems. We do not publish your form answers. We may disclose records if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep a request long enough to review it and, if needed, complete or decline an introduction. Hosting logs follow the host’s retention schedule.
